Application Process to Move-In & Requirements
Step 1: Pick up an Application Form from the Leasing office or click on the application link and fill it out with your information.

Please bring in these documents on your visit or with your application to complete it.
Step 2: After we Received your Documents & Application our office check your credit history. The credit history will determine if you can qualify for Low Security deposit. Your Move-in Rate depends on your financial status in Collections, Medical Bills, or Bankruptcy. Estimate rate for security deposit can be One or two months of Rent.
Credit Check Fee:
1st Person $55
any additional $20 Each.
Step 3: After the Office has your application, You will be given a move-in Rate. The Move-in rate will be a calculation of the day you plan to move in plus the security deposit. Some rates may need to be confirmed by our Company.
Example: Credit Check + Security Deposit + Apartment Rate = Move-IN Rate
Step 4: After we receive the deposit or move-in payment, you will be given an address for the apartment. Our office will prepare all the documents and Lease Agreement paperwork. These documents will need to be signed by the applicant.
You will have to contact the utilities company for Gas & Electric to turn it on. The Activation of Utility services may take 2-3 business days.
Our company covers the water and trash bill.

- Any Salary or Wages or Income proof or statements
-Managers Letters proof of employment or income - A copy of two Utility Bills with your current address.
- Any Additional Bills or documents that have your current or prior mailing address.
- Any Current Bank statements.
- Any Additional Income or Financial Statements.
- Photo ID for everyone that will be living in the apartment.
- Your Application form filled out.
